New Cairo, Egypt. SHELL leased a new administration building in New Cairo, approximately 7,392 m2, which excludes the basement area. The premises comprised a seven-story building with two basements, finished to a core and shell condition. BG then made a complete fit out for 5.5 of the floors as commercial offices including furniture, fittings and equipment with ancillary support services.
